- Spade End Letoff Tool
This
tool works well on Yamaha, Kawai, Steinway and other
pianos that have a spade end on the screw that adjusts
letoff. The collar position can be adjusted with
the set screw to gauge the depth to the screw for
each piano, making it easier to find the spade end.
Adjust the depth by putting the tool in position
on a spade end at an action break, where the letoff
screw can often be more easily seen.
