2" Paddle

The right paddle is 2" wide and is for gang filing of hammers. The paddle has two aligator clips that hold the emery paper on
the paddle. Changing grits is easy with this setup. Incorporated into the handle is a tool for sizing center bushing cloth. The tool consists of a hardened steel plate with 5 different size holes, the smallest being the
correct size so that when the cloth strip can be pulled through the smallest hole the cloth can be pulled through a flange without breaking the cloth or flange.

Comes with 50 and 120, or with 240 on request.

1/2" Paddle

The middle paddle is a 1/2" single hammer used in any shoe shine style hammer shaping, but especially on angled hammers in the bass and tenor section. Emery paper is attached with Weldwood contact rubber cement.

Furnished with 50 grit paper.

The left paddle is a 1" tool for filing two hammers at a time. Emery paper is attached with Weldwood contact rubber cement.
